Return & Exchange Policy

At ZarLibas, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable
  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer

Exchange Process:

  • Exchanges allowed for size issues or incorrect items
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days via WhatsApp or email
  • Items can only be exchanged once per order

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

Contact us at contact@zarlibas.com or WhatsApp us at [your number] with your order ID, product name, and reason.

Note: Custom-stitched or altered items are not eligible for return/exchange.
