Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Sale or discounted items are non-returnable
- Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
Exchange Process:
- Exchanges allowed for size issues or incorrect items
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days via WhatsApp or email
- Items can only be exchanged once per order

Note: Custom-stitched or altered items are not eligible for return/exchange.
