What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and mobile payments via EasyPaisa and JazzCash. For some products or locations, we may request advance shipping payment to confirm the order.
How do I know which size to order?
Each stitched product includes a detailed size chart for your convenience. Please compare your body measurements with the chart before ordering. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact our team on WhatsApp for personalised guidance.
Can I return or exchange a sale item?
Items purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or the wrong item is delivered. Always check the size and description before purchasing discounted products.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Currently, we deliver only within Pakistan through trusted courier services. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we may expand in the future based on demand.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier’s website. For real-time updates, you can also message our support team on WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are 3–5 working days for unstitched items, and 7–10 working days for stitched or customised orders. Delivery may take longer for remote areas. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
Do I need to pay delivery charges in advance?
Yes, we require customers to pay a flat delivery fee of Rs. 200 in advance via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Once the shipping payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order for dispatch.
